Paul and Renee Martinez each retired with more than 20 years at the Colorado Department of Corrections. Paul has been entrusted with Pueblo's security needs for the last 26 years.
The vast majority of MarTech Security guards are former or current employees of CDOC. Other specialists come from the Colorado Mental Health Institute and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Every guard has trained in first aid, professionalism, fire and life safety, and use of force through local, state, and federal programs.
